One of our original programmes that is consistently requested since its creation is ‘Mental Strength & Resilience’ coaching. This programme offers an interesting and interactive way for your teams to better understand themselves both in a workplace setting and in their personal lives.
The goal of this programme is two-fold. Firstly; we work with your team, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, working styles and their overall career goals. With an understanding of these attributes, we can work with the group encouraging what is working for them and changing what isn’t. Secondly; we focus on your team’s mental durability, both individually and as a team working together. Many projects we work on in school, work or on the pitch require a strong will and the ability to work under pressure when things go wrong. It is how we take these issues in our stride and compile solutions that create successful teams.
After completing both stages of the programme, your team will have the understanding and tools to become a better version of themselves, become more mentally enduring, and how to set and achieve their goals.
