Professional Mindset & Resilience Coaching

Mark Mc Cormack has a Level 8 BA (Hons) Degree in Social Care. He is a certified Professional Coach who has completed the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training programme.

Mark’s approach to coaching is to always be authentic, empathetic, non-judgemental, and entirely person centred. The client will embark on a journey of meaningful conversations to deepen their understanding of themselves with a shared vision of realising their true potential while identifying, understanding, and overcoming obstacles in their way.

  • Transition Year Programmes
    Transition year is a time to take a break and think about the future. Mark provides a safe space to explore important topics for students to explore. It is important for students to feel they are being listened to while providing the opportunity the students to talk in groups, find their passions and build resilience and find direction in life which can help them overcome challenges they may face about decisions in relation to their career path..
  • LCA (Leaving Certificate Applied Focused Programme)
    We have developed programmes for 1st to 6th year students. Just book a time in our calendar and we will bring you through a programme designed specifically for your student’s overall wellbeing. Your class will not be the same after the day. Students and teachers commented on the increase in their student’s confidence, teamwork, communication, and peer interaction. Our aim is for every student to complete their education and reach their full potential.
  • School Completion Programme
    We support young people who engage with this service provided by the school. Our programmes are student focused and person centred. Our role is to offer supports that will build self-esteem, confidence, and a sense of belonging on their journey through education. Through a collaborative process with the school completion team, we offer a range of supports to assist each individual students on their personal and professional development through education.
